A Robust Automated Process for Vehicle Number Plate Recognition

چکیده
A moving/parked car embeds mainly speed and momentum, and is surrounded by its environment. Both the cases are extremely unpredictable so, dynamically both the situations are handled. Any image captured is processed with edge detecting algorithm to recognize the number plate and simultaneously solve the problem of redundancy and speed issues in processing the image keeping visual quality. Keywords— Edge detection, Filtering License Plate Localization, Masking, Morphological closing.
